On behalf of the Department of History, I’m writing to invite you to the Fall History Picnic! Come join us next Wednesday, September 11, from 4 to 6pm, in the Bornhuetter Pavilion (the pavilion behind Bornhuetter). History majors & minors, majors with a home department in History, students interested in history, and colleagues from related disciplines (which includes all disciplines) are welcome!
Seniors, this is a chance to relax together while you are still not behind on I.S. Sophomores and Juniors, this is a nice chance to get to know your classmates and profs. For everyone who is interested, you will have a chance to try your luck at a game of croquet. Your student reps and many of your favorite professors will be there.
We’ll supply hamburgers and veggie burgers, salads and drinks.
In case of heavy rain or severe thunderstorm warnings we will postpone for a better day. We hope to see you all there!
