The first Café Bob of the 2016-2018 school year will take place on Thursday, September 29, at 11:00 a.m. in Kauke Tower (room 305), and will feature student presenters sharing their history-related summer experiences.
Jacob Kowall ’17, a History and English double major, will share his experience as an intern at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Theresa Dunne ’17, a history major, and Heather Smith ’17, a WGSS and Economics double major, will present their experience creating a website featuring medical artifacts for the Tizzano Museum of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Medical Antiquities and Women’s Health History.
The Café Bob will also feature Ryan Ozar, Associate Director of Internships at APEX, who will offer advice for students currently seeking internships and summer jobs in History. All are invited to attend!
