This Thursday, November 8 at 11am, Dr. Peter Pozefsky will present a lecture entitled “Russia’s World War II: History on Film.”
Anyone with an interest in world cinema or the history of World War II will find this presentation appealing. Particular attention will be paid to the way that the popular memory of the war was shaped by Soviet politics, in particular by the conflict between Stalinist and anti-Stalinists. Open to all.
